These Terms apply to all JupiterSense products — JsenseWatch, JuSenseSheet, JDataSuite, and SenseDedupe (each, "the Software"). By installing or using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. These Terms form the complete agreement between you and JupiterSense regarding the Software.
JupiterSense grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on devices that you own or control. You may not:
This license is for the individual or sole-proprietor entity who purchased the key. A Pro key activates one machine at a time (see Section 5).
The Software is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a licence gives you the right to use the Software under these Terms — it does not transfer ownership of the Software itself. JupiterSense retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including its source code, object code, design, algorithms, user interface, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual-property rights.
To be clear about the two sides of this: the code is ours; your data is yours (see Section 7). Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Software beyond the licence in Section 2.
Each product offers a free tier. The specific limits (for example, documents or accounts per month) are shown inside the product and on its pricing page. We collect nothing from you to use the free tier — no email and no account is required.
JupiterSense reserves the right to adjust free-tier limits with 30 days' notice published on the relevant product page.
A paid licence removes the free-tier limits for that product. Paid licences are a one-time purchase (lifetime for the purchased major version) — no recurring subscription and no renewal fee.
What we collect for a paid licence: we use your email address to send you your licence key, and the licence is bound to a single device identifier. We never receive the documents or data you process.
Intended Use:
Each JupiterSense product is built for a specific purpose — JsenseWatch for bank statements, JuSenseSheet for invoices and receipts, JDataSuite for working with PDF documents (redaction, stamping, comparison, OCR, and conversion, including legal-document workflows), and SenseDedupe for finding duplicate files. Each is a productivity tool that helps you work faster; see the product page for what it is and isn't designed to do.
Professional Responsibility:
Where you use the Software in a professional capacity (for example, JDataSuite for privilege review, redaction, or court filings), using the Software does not transfer any professional duty to JupiterSense. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the confidentiality, privilege, data-protection, and professional-conduct obligations that attach to the documents you process, and for final review of every output.
Prohibited Use — Sensitive Documents:
You own all data you create, import, or process with the Software. Your documents, extracted records, and exports are stored locally on your device. Apart from the email address you provide to receive a paid licence key — and, for JsenseWatch, the licensing data described in its Privacy Policy — JupiterSense has no access to your data and does not collect, transmit, or process it.

JupiterSense may release updates at its discretion. Updates may be delivered through in-app notification or the website. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis. Pro license holders receive priority responses.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. JUPITERSENSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT EXTRACTED DATA WILL BE ACCURATE.
Always verify the results before relying on them. The Software is a productivity aid — final responsibility for accuracy rests with you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JUPITERSENSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
JUPITERSENSE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 3, 7, 9, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sirsa, Haryana, India.
JupiterSense may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the website and, where feasible, in-app. Continued use of the Software after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
