Refund Policy

1. One policy, every product

This policy applies to every JupiterSense Pro product — JuSenseSheet, JDataSuite, JsenseWatch, and any future product. We want you to be sure before you pay, so every product lets you evaluate it fully before spending a cent. We'd rather you try it thoroughly than buy on faith.

2. The 14-day free trial is your refund window

How it works:

  • Every Pro product includes a 14-day, full-feature free trial — no card, no account required.
  • That trial is your risk-free evaluation. Run it on your real files and decide.
  • Because you can fully test the product before paying, Pro purchases are final and non-refundable once made.

In short: the trial replaces a post-purchase refund. You pay only after you already know it works for you.

Most products also have an ongoing free tier (e.g. JuSenseSheet's 50 invoices/month, JDataSuite's 1000 operations/month, JsenseWatch's 1 account / 50 documents/month), so you can keep using the core features for free indefinitely — even more chance to evaluate before buying.

3. Need more time to evaluate?

If you haven't finished testing by day 14, email support@jupitersense.com before the trial ends and we'll happily extend it. The whole point is that you buy only when you're certain — so we'd rather give you more trial time than take a payment you're unsure about.

4. If something is genuinely broken

We stand behind our software. If you hit a reproducible technical defect — the product doesn't do what it advertises and we can't fix it for you — email us within a reasonable time of purchase and we'll make it right, which may include a refund at our discretion. This good-faith exception does not cover change of mind, workflow mismatch, or features that were never advertised.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country (for example, mandatory consumer-protection or distance-selling rules). Where such rights apply, they sit on top of this policy. If you believe you're entitled to a refund under local law, email us and we'll sort it out.

6. Free tiers and trials

Free tiers and free trials require no payment and are not subject to this policy — there's no charge, so there's nothing to refund. We encourage you to use them thoroughly before purchasing Pro.
